The interactive 3D-darkride GRAND PRIX EDventure takes playful fun to a whole new level!
In Europa-Park Historama, Ed & Edda have their very first attraction, inviting guests into the world of the new animated film GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE.
The new gameplay theater already impresses from a distance with its spectacular entrance, having a racing atmosphere full of action and curiosity for the interactive adventure. Once inside, guests take a seat in one of the 18 dynamic gondolas, immersing them in new and impressive scenes.
Ten different scenes transport guests to iconic European cities and breathtaking movie sets from the feature film. During the six-minute journey, guests shoot at various targets. It is not just about scoring points, each hit stores energy, helping you reach your destination faster. Together with your teammates, you become part of Ed & Edda’s race crew. During the game, demonstrating skill and teamwork is important to collect as many points as possible.
Thanks to the state-of-the-art multimedia, detailed theming and dynamic animations, visitors are immersed in the world of Ed & Edda. GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE is the first major cinematic experience of 90 minutes with the popular mascots Ed & Edda, in cinemas in summer 2025. The animated movie is produced by Michael Mack, managing partner of the Europa-Park Resort and founder of the entertainment company MACK Magic.
