A new Dutch theme park, fully themed around the popular children’s characters Woezel & Pip is expected to open its doors in 2026. This has been confirmed by the owner of Van Hoorne Studios. The entertainment company known for its successful theater productions and TV shows, has acquired Holiday Park Familyland in the village of Hoogerheide, with plans to create something truly special.
Woensdrecht
The current 17-hectare bungalow park in the municipality of Woensdrecht features 135 accommodations, various dining locations, a swimming paradise with pool, a bowling alley and a spacious golfing hall. In the coming period, Van Hoorne Studios will transform the grounds into the magical world of Woezel & Pip, with exciting attractions and unique holiday homes that are fully inspired by the adorable dogs and their adventures.
Family Resort & Adventure Park “De Tovertuin”
The new park will be called “Familie Resort & Avonturenpark de Tovertuin”. The magical garden will be inspired by the fantasy world from the beloved stories of Woezel & Pip. The park promises to be a unique theme park and holiday destination, specifically designed for children up to 10 years old. The existing hall of approximately 2500 square meters will serve as the indoor area of the adventure park, where young visitors can be fully immersed in fun and adventure.
